Rooli Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Crypto choice is broad; deposit floors vary

BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, BCH, BNB, TRX and XRP can all be used at Rooli Casino, processed through CoinsPaid. That mix covers established coins, a stablecoin and low-unit assets, so nobody has to fund the account in Bitcoin. The same cashier also takes cards and e-wallets, which makes Rooli a fiat-and-crypto casino rather than a crypto-only one.

Crypto entry points are small. USDT deposits start at 5 USDT and DOGE at 1 DOGE, while the crypto welcome package needs at least 0.001 BTC. The standard fiat deposit, and the qualifying amount for the fiat welcome package, is €30.

Fiat choices include Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Jeton, AstroPay, Neosurf, Flexepin, Paysafecard, Trustly, Revolut, Apple Pay and bank transfer, 26 methods in all. Not every method is offered in every country. Account currencies include USD, EUR, CAD, NOK, NZD, AUD and BRL.

Deposits carry no casino fee. A small USDT top-up therefore lands in full apart from the network charge, but it still has to clear the 3x turnover rule and the €30 withdrawal minimum before it can leave as a cash-out.

Before sending USDT, match the chain and destination address shown by the cashier. Sending tokens across incompatible networks can make the transfer unrecoverable.

A quick crypto transfer still has an approval queue

Withdrawal requests wait in a pending stage of 0–24 hours. After approval, AskGamblers lists 0–1 hour for e-wallets, 1–5 days for cards and 3–7 days for bank transfers. Crypto follows the e-wallet pattern: once released, the transfer is quick, and the wait is in the approval queue. Payouts are not processed at weekends, so a Friday evening request waits until Monday.

The €5,000 weekly and €20,000 monthly caps are the harder constraint. A €12,000 win leaves in three weekly instalments: €5,000, another €5,000 and then €2,000. A €40,000 jackpot needs at least two months, since the monthly cap stops at €20,000 however the weekly slices fall.

The minimum withdrawal is €30. A balance of €25 left after a session stays in the account until it is played back up or topped up, and switching payment method does not change that floor.

Every deposit has to be turned over 3x before it can be withdrawn, which the casino applies as an anti-money-laundering measure. A €100 deposit therefore needs €300 of bets before withdrawal, even when no bonus was taken. That rule applies to deposits; bonus wagering comes on top.

Identity documents, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to the player are all required, and the first review usually takes 24–48 hours. The casino’s terms set short deadlines for supplying documents, and further requests can extend the wait before approval.

With a bonus, one more rule applies: winnings from bonus funds must be withdrawn as soon as wagering is finished, or a cap on bonus wins can cut them back.

Four welcome deposits create very different turnover

The standard package spans four deposits and reaches €4,000 plus 475 free spins in total: 100% up to €500 with 200 spins, a second 100% up to €500 with 50 spins (code ROO2), 50% up to €1,000 with 75 spins (ROO3) and 75% up to €2,000 with 150 spins (ROO4). The minimum deposit for each stage is €30, and the headline total arrives only after all four.

Standard match bonuses and free-spin winnings need 35x wagering. Slots count 100%, while table games, live games and video poker count 5%, so a live blackjack player needs twenty times the stakes of a slot player to make the same progress.

The crypto package uses four different percentages, 150%, 120%, 110% and 100%, each capped at 3 BTC, for up to 12 BTC and 250 free spins across the sequence (codes MOON1 to MOON4). It starts at 0.001 BTC, and wagering is 45x, heavier than the standard package. The free spins are worth €0.08–0.25 each.

The free spins are valid for five days and are tied to selected slots, including Book of the Fallen, Elvis Frog True Ways, Big Bass Splash and Book of Cats. A maximum bet applies during wagering, bonus buys included, and match-bonus and free-spin winnings each have a maximum cash-out.

The bonus rules also go after common bonus-hunting patterns. Casino.guru rates the terms “Somewhat unfair”, pointing to confiscation of winnings for low-risk play or certain betting techniques during wagering, loss of winnings for taking too many bonuses, and the cap on bonus wins that are not withdrawn straight after wagering.

Outside the welcome offers, the week includes Monday free spins, Wednesday promotions, Friday spins for crypto deposits and a Sunday reload match, plus a monthly First-Class Boost and a small extra percentage on crypto deposits.

Jackpots and live tables lead a large catalogue

Rooli offers 6,000+ games from 140+ providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil and Big Time Gaming. For a player who follows particular studios, that depth means few gaps.

Jackpot slots make up more than a third of the catalogue, and there are 90+ Megaways titles and a crypto-games section of 120+ titles, alongside crash games, bingo, video poker and table games. Several hundred live games cover blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows, with Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi, Playtech, BetGames and LuckyStreak among the live suppliers. Blackjack tables make up the largest part of the live lobby, followed by roulette and baccarat.

RTP is set game by game, and there is no external audit of returns across the site. Casino.guru’s Gamecheck tested a sample of titles and found no fake games, which confirms the slots are the providers’ genuine versions.

Weekly cashback has a short collection window

Weekly cashback reaches up to 15%, up to €5,000, with the rate tied to deposit activity. The credited cashback expires after 72 hours, so a player who logs in once a week can miss it entirely. It is separate from the welcome packages, and the 15% is a ceiling, not a flat rate.

Roo Points are earned on bets and can be exchanged for free spins, cash and lucky boxes. Some players also report having a personal VIP manager, and two high-deposit offers, ELITE and LUX, target much larger bankrolls than the €30 welcome threshold. No tier table is published, so progress cannot be planned level by level.

Daily Cash Drops and Mega Drops add event-style prizes, and the weekday reloads mix matches and spins.

Browser play covers mobile without an app

Rooli Casino runs in the mobile browser on iOS and Android; there is no native app. The slots, live tables and full cashier open on a phone, which suits players who switch between a desktop and a handset during the week.

The weak spot is performance. Slots can lag on mobile, and the interface gets crowded when live tables, game lists and wallet controls share a small screen. On fast slots a delayed tap can change the stake or the game, so check the bet size before each spin.

The mobile site gives the same access to promotions, cashback and live chat as the desktop version, so the 72-hour cashback window and the weekly reload calendar can be managed from a phone without logging in on a computer.

Live chat is always on; resolution is another question

Live chat runs 24/7, backed by email at [email protected] and a Telegram channel, @RooliCasino. Casino.guru’s six chat tests recorded an average reply time of about two minutes, which helps with a failed deposit or a pending document request outside office hours.

The website comes in eight languages: English, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Estonian, Finnish and Norwegian. Chat support covers English, German, Arabic and Finnish, so a player using the French, Italian or Norwegian site may need to switch language for a detailed payment question.

There is no phone line. Email replies usually arrive within a day, with no fixed deadline for resolving a case, and some complaints describe unanswered requests. Email gives a written record for document disputes, while chat is quicker for finding out the next step.

Operator changes and complaint records require scrutiny

Rooli Casino launched in late 2023 under Dama N.V. It is now owned and operated by Novatrix S.R.L., registered in Costa Rica, under offshore licences from Anjouan (ALSI-202508056-FI2) and the Tobique Gaming Commission in New Brunswick (0000002). Winz.io, the group’s other brand, holds the same two licences.

Australia’s regulator, the ACMA, issued a formal warning on 5 September 2024 to Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to Australian customers through rooli.com, rooli1.com and rooli3.com, after an investigation opened on 16 July 2024. The warning was addressed to the operator at the time.

Geographic restrictions include Australia, the United States and Ontario. A site that loads from another country does not make gambling there legal, and VPN access is not allowed.

Casino.guru gives Rooli Casino a Safety Index of 8.0/10, graded High, but rates its terms “Somewhat unfair”. It lists 32 complaints: 12 resolved, 18 rejected, one unresolved and one open. They concern delayed withdrawals, account closures without a clear reason, payment-method verification and confiscated balances, the largest at €20,000. Another complaint concerns a self-exclusion request that was not acted on.

AskGamblers assigns a CasinoRank of 5.6/10 and records five complaints, all resolved, mostly about payments, with a first reply in about two days and a resolution in about eight; its listed minuses are slow verification and low withdrawal limits. Players there rate the casino 6.7/10 from nine reviews.

The flagged terms include short KYC deadlines, penalties for low-risk betting and bonus hunting, and confiscation of winnings for prohibited promotional play. Some players allege accounts were closed for duplication or after a dispute; those are the complainants’ versions of events.

Responsible-gambling tools include deposit, loss, wager and game-specific limits, cooling-off periods from one week to six months, and self-exclusion from six months to one year, requested by email.

Other casinos with different priorities

These alternatives change the comparison point from Rooli Casino’s payment mix to other identifiable strengths:

• AzurSlot Casino — 6.2/10. Its deeper multi-studio game selection is the principal difference.
• 0x.Bet Casino — 4.8/10. The appeal is another broad catalogue assembled from established software studios.
• Casinova Casino — 4.6/10. Exclusive titles and an extensive jackpot selection set its library apart.
• Avantgarde Casino — 2.7/10. Its emphasis on Bitcoin beside multi-currency fiat accounts provides a different cashier arrangement.

Can the coin choice outweigh a €5,000 weekly cap?

For deposits, Rooli is flexible: nine coins from 5 USDT upwards, 26 fiat methods, no casino fees and a catalogue deep enough to keep one account for slots and live play. Weekly cashback of up to 15% gives a regular something back between bonuses.

The exit is where the account tightens. A €100 deposit needs €300 of bets before it can leave, ID checks come first, nothing moves at weekends, and €5,000 a week is the most that can go out. For occasional slot sessions that rarely matters; for a jackpot winner it turns one payout into a schedule.
