Koning Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Twelve crypto coins alongside Dutch-style bank payments

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether are joined by nine other cryptocurrencies at Koning Casino. The selection covers established payment coins, several large alternative assets and stablecoins, so a player holding USDC does not have to exchange it for BTC simply to use the cashier.

Crypto deposits have their own coin-based minimums, such as 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT, while fiat deposits start at €20. A player who wants to test the cashier with a small amount can therefore start lower in crypto than by card or iDEAL.

The fiat side includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDEAL and bank transfer, with further options such as PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, N26 and ABN AMRO. Revolut, N26 and ABN AMRO point to a Dutch-facing cashier, and the site is available in Dutch, yet the e-wallets and cards make it usable beyond the Netherlands.

Fast crypto payouts, but €500 a day is the ceiling

Crypto withdrawals at Koning Casino can arrive almost instantly once a request has been approved. Card and bank withdrawals are slower: they can take up to ten days, so a player who cashes out by Visa or bank transfer should plan around a wait of more than a week.

Withdrawals are capped at €500 per day and €5,000 per month. A €12,000 win would therefore take at least three calendar months to leave the account in full, even if every request is approved on time, and at €500 a day the first €5,000 alone needs ten separate days.

The minimum withdrawal is €40. After a small deposit, any balance below €40 cannot be cashed out, so it has to be played on or topped up before a request is possible.

ID verification is required before the first withdrawal. The account profile has to include a full name, date of birth, address and phone number, and payment details must match the account holder. A card or wallet in another person’s name will stall the request regardless of the coin used to deposit.

Regular payment methods have no casino-side withdrawal fee. A fee can apply, however, when a deposit is withdrawn before it has been turned over three times, which makes Koning an expensive place to park funds briefly between wallets.

Keep the withdrawal request number and payment correspondence if a payment remains pending. The time a request was approved and the time the transaction was sent give support a clear chronology to work from.

The real turnover behind Koning’s welcome bonus

The first deposit earns a 100% match up to €1,000 plus 300 free spins. It opens a longer multi-deposit welcome package, with further cash bonuses and spins on later deposits, but the first stage is where most players decide whether the offer is usable.

Welcome wagering is 40x, counted on the deposit plus the bonus, and free-spin winnings join the same turnover. That base doubles the betting volume compared with a requirement on the bonus alone, so the multiplier on its own understates the cost of the match.

Turnover is stake volume, not an amount a player must lose, and any free-spin winnings credited along the way add to the balance that has to be cleared.

The welcome offer has to be completed within three days. Spread over 72 hours, €8,000 of turnover means about €2,700 of bets a day, which at €1 per spin is roughly 2,700 spins daily. Someone who plays a few evenings a week is unlikely to finish in time.

The bonus terms also allow bonus winnings to be confiscated if certain betting techniques are detected while wagering. It is a direct downside on top of the turnover.

Reload promotions continue after the welcome package. The weekend offer adds a 50% match up to €700 and 50 free spins, and a weekly reload provides 50 spins. Each has its own wagering, so free spins are best judged by what their winnings require before cash-out.

Daily Cashback can reach €3,000, while Live Cashback returns 25% up to €200. Both use 1x wagering, a far lighter condition than the welcome package: €200 of live cashback needs only €200 of bets before it can be withdrawn.

Thousands of slots plus live tables and instant games

Koning Casino has more than 7,000 games across slots, casino tables, live dealer formats and faster-play titles. The catalogue includes large slot selections and jackpot games alongside roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows, plinko and crash games. Slot stakes run from €0.10 to €2,000 a spin.

More than 100 software providers supply the catalogue. Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw are among the established names, together with studios such as PG Soft, Yggdrasil, Playson, Relax Gaming, BGaming and Nolimit City. Fugaso, Barbara Bang, Mancala, 1×2 Gaming, Evoplay and Belatra fill out the list.

Jackpot titles form a notable part of the offering, with more than 1,300 jackpot games. The prize rules, including whether a jackpot is progressive, are set by each game.

The live section has 95+ tables from 12 studios, with roulette, blackjack and baccarat among the central options. Live tables typically have betting limits unlike those on video slots: live minimums start from €0.50, while some tables accept stakes around €5,000. A single €5,000 hand equals ten days of the €500 daily withdrawal limit, so high-stakes table play and fast access to winnings do not go together here.

An instant-games area adds more than 100 titles, with video poker, bingo and keno among the broader formats.

There is also a sportsbook and an esports section beside the casino. The betting product covers 33 sports and 18 esports disciplines, with live events and streaming concentrated especially around esports. The sportsbook has its own welcome package, separate from the casino match and its 40x turnover.

Six loyalty levels from Beginner to King

The VIP programme progresses through Beginner, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and King. Casino Points accumulate through deposits and bets, giving regular players a route into higher reward levels. The rewards centre on cashback, priority service and access to a personal account manager at qualifying levels.

Cashback runs from 5% at Bronze to 20% at the highest tier. Cashback is paid on qualifying losses, so the rate only turns into money after real-money play: at 5%, €1,000 of net losses returns €50, and at 20% the same losses return €200.

Priority withdrawals are among the VIP perks, along with the personal manager; ID checks still apply before the first cash-out.

The cashback offer extends beyond ordinary slot play, with a dedicated live-casino reward. Birthday gifts and exclusive events round out the programme.

The 5% Bronze rate is the realistic starting point for an occasional player, and it pays only on losses from qualifying play.

A browser-first casino for phone-sized sessions

Koning Casino runs through a mobile browser without a separate native iOS or Android app. A progressive web app shortcut can also be added to a home screen. Sign-up works with an email and password or a Google account.

Mobile access covers the existing casino environment, including slots and the live-game areas.

A player who keeps coins in a phone wallet can fund the account from the same device, switching between the wallet app and the cashier.

Round-the-clock chat, email and a contact form

Live chat operates 24/7 at Koning Casino, with an initial chatbot stage that can be bypassed to reach an agent. Email support is available through [email protected], and a contact form offers another route for enquiries. There is no telephone support, making written communication the practical default for account and cashier questions.

Casino.guru rates the live chat as “Excellent”, with an instant average reply.

Live-chat support is offered in English, French and Dutch. The wider site is available in English, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese, so a player can browse the interface in one language while using the support channels in another.

The contact form promises a reply within 24 hours, and email answers usually arrive within a few hours, though some take around eight. Those timings make live chat the immediate route for an urgent cashier question, with email or the form better suited to a detailed explanation requiring attachments or a written trail.

Licence questions and the terms behind account balances

Koning Casino operates without a gambling licence, and the site publishes no licensing authority or registration number. A player in a payment dispute therefore has no regulator to complain to.

The operating company is not disclosed either. The brand launched in 2025 and is connected to four other online casinos, none of them named. Without a named legal entity, there is no company a player can hold responsible for a held balance.

Casino.guru gives Koning Casino a Safety Index of 2.2/10, graded “Very low”, citing the missing licence, undisclosed ownership, limited responsible-gambling controls and low withdrawal limits. Koning itself has no complaints on Casino.guru, while the four connected casinos account for two.

Trustpilot removed the koning.bet profile for breaching its platform guidelines, so the brand has no public Trustpilot rating.

The terms allow account balances to be voided after less than six months of inactivity, a provision Casino.guru marks as unfair. A balance left idle for a few months can therefore be lost in full.

Self-exclusion and deposit or loss limits are available only on request through support, with no self-service dashboard. That puts a chat conversation, and a wait, between deciding to restrict play and having the limit applied.

Players from Ohio are not accepted, and Koning Casino holds no US licence. Some bonuses and payment methods are unavailable in particular regions, and an available payment option is no proof that gambling on the site is legal where a player lives.

Compare a different emphasis before depositing

Koning Casino’s range of deposit assets is useful, but alternative casino designs prioritise different experiences. These options provide a more focused point of comparison.

• LamaBet Casino — 5.2/10; a notably larger games library makes catalogue breadth its distinctive attraction.
• Oscar Spin Casino — 5.5/10; Oscar Coins and reward boxes put collectible loyalty rewards at the centre of the experience.
• N1Bet — 5.8/10; its wider sports and esports betting coverage places more emphasis on live events.
• FieryPlay Casino — 4.9/10; its fiat-led cashier takes a different approach to broad crypto access, including TON and Binance Pay.

Twelve coins cannot erase a €500 daily ceiling

The mixed cashier, cashback at 1x and broad casino catalogue make Koning Casino easy to understand as a product. The harder decision concerns when deposited value becomes withdrawable value. A player facing a €500 daily payout ceiling has to consider instalments, verification and the possible wait for card or bank transfers before treating a displayed balance as accessible money.

The 100% opening match adds another trade-off: a bonus can enlarge the starting playing balance while requiring thousands of euros in qualifying turnover. Add the serious contractual and trust concerns, and the practical priority becomes preserving control over funds rather than accumulating another reward tier. The payment choice is substantial; the conditions attached to getting money back are the stronger reason for caution.
