Merlin Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Ten coins, Monero access and a large fiat cashier

BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX, XMR, USDT, USDC and BNB/Binance Pay make up the crypto cashier at Merlin Casino. Monero is the privacy option, and USDT and USDC cover stablecoins. All of them work for deposits; withdrawals cover BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX, XMR, USDT and Binance, so a USDC depositor has to pick another coin to cash out.

USDT runs on ERC-20 and TRC-20. TRC-20 is usually the cheaper route for small stablecoin transfers, because TRON network fees are a fraction of Ethereum gas.

The minimum deposit is €20, the same amount each welcome stage asks for. The gap between deposit and withdrawal minimums matters more: a €20 deposit that grows to €120 can be cashed out in XMR, LTC or USDT, but not in BTC until the balance reaches €150.

Around 30 fiat methods cover players who do not start from a wallet: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Paysafecard, Pix, BLIK, Bancontact and bank transfer among them. Account currencies include USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, BRL, NOK, NZD, PLN and TRY. Not every method is offered in every country.

Where the payout queue slows a crypto transfer

Once approved, crypto withdrawals can be processed within six hours, and cards, banks and e-wallets within a day. The queue before that is the long part: requests can stay pending for 24–72 hours, and no withdrawals are processed at weekends. If a delay runs past ten working days, the casino has to tell the player why.

A first withdrawal also passes an identity check that can take up to 24 hours. Added together, a crypto request filed on Thursday evening can run through the weekend and land on Tuesday or Wednesday: up to a day for the check, up to three days pending and up to six hours of processing.

Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month. An €11,000 win therefore leaves in three weekly payments, €5,000, €5,000 and €1,000, and a €30,000 balance needs two months. Higher VIP levels get faster withdrawals.

The general minimum withdrawal is €30. Coin minimums are higher: €50 for Litecoin, BNB, Tron, Monero and XRP, €100 for Ether and €150 for Bitcoin.

Merlin Casino charges no standard deposit or withdrawal fee, but withdrawing a deposit before it has been wagered once triggers a fee. A player who deposits €100, places €40 of bets and asks for the money back pays that fee even without a bonus.

Payment complaints centre on delays, cancelled requests and retained balances. Cases include a €750 withdrawal that was cancelled, €11,000 withheld after an account closure and a €566 confiscation. Transaction references and support transcripts make it easier to show whether a request was approved and then stalled, or never released.

A wager-free welcome offer with hard payout conditions

The welcome package runs over four deposits of at least €20 each and adds up to €800 in bonus money plus 300 free spins. The first deposit earns 120% up to €240 and 100 spins; the second 110% up to €220; the third 100% up to €100 and 200 spins; the fourth 120% up to €240.

The bonus itself has 0x wagering. The deposit does not: it must be played through once before a withdrawal. Against the 35x bonus wagering common on crypto deposit matches, that is a light condition, and the cost of the offer moves to the cash-out cap and stake limit.

The 5x cash-out cap and €4 maximum bet are the real limits. With the full €240 first-stage bonus, the most that bonus play can return is €1,200, however large a win on the reels.

Deposits made with Skrill, Skrill Rapid Transfer or Neteller do not qualify for any bonus. A player who funds by e-wallet and wants the welcome package has to use a card, another e-wallet or crypto for the qualifying deposits.

Existing players get a Saturday reload of 50% up to €300, available to those who have deposited and wagered at least €50 during the week, between 00:00 and 23:59 CET. A Friday reload of 100% up to €200 and up to 150 free spins on Tuesdays complete the weekly schedule.

Bonus rules feature heavily in disputes: winnings cancelled after jackpot games were played with a bonus, breaches of the bet limit and caps applied after a bonus reset. For a wager-free offer, the list of permitted games and the €4 stake limit decide more of the outcome than the match percentage.

Thousands of slots, plus Evolution and Playtech tables

The lobby holds 8,000+ slots from 130+ providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming and PG Soft. Microgaming, Betsoft, Yggdrasil, Stakelogic and 3 Oaks add depth further down the list. Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Sweet Bonanza, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Book of Shadows are among the most played titles.

Jackpot slots, scratch cards, keno, bingo, video bingo and crash games fill out the lobby. Jackpot games have been at the centre of bonus disputes, so they are best played with cash funds. Casino.guru’s game check found no fake copies of branded slots on the site.

Live tables come from Evolution, Playtech and Hollywood TV, covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. Speed Roulette, Power Blackjack and High-Roller Baccarat cover fast and high-stake formats. RNG table games and video poker give an on-demand option without a dealer stream.

A sportsbook runs beside the casino with 50+ sports, live betting and esports such as Rocket League, Crossfire and StarCraft. Arbitrage betting on the sportsbook is banned, and virtual sports fill the gaps between live events.

Magic Points, Arthurian ranks and invited-only perks

Slot play earns Magic Points, which can be exchanged for real-money credit. The loyalty programme follows an Arthurian theme through five levels: Guinevere, Lancelot, King Arthur, Morgana and Merlin. Cashback rises with each level, along with exclusive promotions, gifts and personal assistance.

VIP membership is by invitation through a personal assistant, so regular slot play alone does not open the upper ranks. Invited players get a personal manager, personalised promotions, free tournament entries and faster withdrawals, the perk that matters most against a 72-hour pending queue.

Spinoleague and Non-Stop Races add tournaments with prize pools to the weekly calendar.

Cashier and casino access from a mobile browser

Merlin Casino runs in mobile browsers on iPhone, Android phones and tablets. The full lobby, live tables and cashier are available on the small screen with the same account as desktop.

A phone is also where many players keep their crypto wallet, so copying a USDT or XMR deposit address between the wallet app and the cashier takes a few taps. With USDT on two networks, the network shown in the cashier and the one selected in the wallet have to match before the transfer is confirmed.

Bonus terms are long on a small display, and the €4 maximum bet is easy to exceed with a quick tap on a stake button. Setting the stake before the first spin of a bonus session avoids a breach that can cancel the winnings.

Round-the-clock chat, but email can be slow

Live chat is open 24/7, with email support and an FAQ alongside. There is no telephone line and no support through social media. Chat is the place for a pending withdrawal or a bonus question, since email replies can take about a week.

Chat and email are handled in English. The website itself comes in eight languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Portuguese and Turkish, so a player browsing in Norwegian or Turkish will still deal with an agent in English.

A week-long email gap matters most when a withdrawal is already in the pending queue and the casino asks for a document, so chat is the quicker route for sending it.

Who stands behind Merlin Casino when winnings are withheld

Casino.guru lists Wild Blackfin Limited SRL as the owner and operator of Merlin Casino, with a licence from Anjouan in the Comoros, number ALSI-202601043-FI2. The same company runs the sister brand Hercules Casino, launched in 2026. Merlin Casino itself has operated since 2023.

Casino.guru gives the casino a Safety Index of 8.0/10, rated High, and finds two problems in the terms: bonus restrictions that can still apply after the wagering conditions are met, and a bonus rule that is left for the player to observe instead of being enforced by the system. Both bear directly on the bonus-related complaints.

Casino.guru lists 18 complaints: ten resolved, seven rejected and one open. They cover delayed or cancelled payments, accounts closed after a win and retained balances.

Trustpilot rates the www.merlincasino.com profile 2.5/5 from 34 reviews, with 65% giving one star. Negative reviews describe winnings cancelled after restricted games were played, unclear bonus conditions and rude or slow support, and one account was marked as self-excluded after a dispute. Positive reviews describe deposits, bonuses and withdrawals that went through without trouble.

Players in Ohio are not accepted, some promotions exclude Ontario, and the casino holds no US licence.

Responsible-gambling controls include deposit limits, cooling-off periods from one day to one year and self-exclusion, with links to GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous.

• Coldbet Casino — 6.2/10. An expansive live-table offering complements its large catalogue for players who spend more time with dealers.
• Play Fortuna — 6.4/10. It is one of the oldest brands in this segment, while Merlin is a recent arrival.

Before sending Monero to Merlin Casino

For a Monero or USDT player, Merlin Casino is easy to fund: €20 opens the account and every welcome stage, the bonus has no wagering multiplier, and XMR can be withdrawn from €50. The constraint is the exit, with a 72-hour pending queue that skips weekends and a €5,000 weekly cap.

A player who expects to win and withdraw less than €5,000 at a time, and who keeps bets at €4 or below and away from jackpot games while a bonus runs, gets the most from the package. Anyone chasing a five-figure win should count the weeks the cap adds, and remember that bonus winnings stop at five times the bonus.
