Coins.Game Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Fifteen-plus coins alongside local payment rails

BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE, TRX, ADA, XRP, SOL, BNB and BCH form the main cryptocurrency range at Coins.Game. DOT and SHIB are also listed, and the full range covers 15+ assets. Stablecoins let a player hold a balance without the price swings of BTC or DOGE, and crypto funding works across multiple blockchains.

Fiat access goes well beyond a bank card. Revolut, Paysafecard, bank wire and instant bank transfer appear next to regional methods such as Pix and Boleto for Brazil, IMPS for India, Papara for Turkey and Interac for Canada. The cashier also has Buy Crypto and Exchange tools, so a player can fund with a card and convert inside the account.

Deposit offers in the bonus cabinet start from $1, so a very small first deposit is possible. The cashier lists 24 deposit methods and 19 withdrawal methods, and some fiat routes are not offered in every country. Apple Pay, Revolut, Neteller and Paysafecard do not appear among the withdrawal methods, so a player funding that way cashes out through a card, Skrill, a bank route or crypto.

Instant payout claims meet a monthly ceiling

Coins.Game advertises instant payouts, and an approved crypto withdrawal can complete within about five minutes. Identity checks are the slow part: they commonly take around 48 hours and, for some players, 15 days or more. Cash-outs are not processed at weekends, so a request made on Friday waits at least until Monday.

The withdrawal ceiling is €10,000 per month, and any excess is paid in later months; higher VIP levels raise the limit. A €35,000 win at the standard level therefore takes four calendar months to leave the account in full.

The minimum cash-out is €10, or 0.002 BTC for Bitcoin. There is no separate platform charge on crypto withdrawals; the fee is the network cost, about €2.50 for BTC and €0.04 for LTC, while USDT and USDC cost between 1 and 50 units depending on the network chosen. On a €20 withdrawal, the BTC fee takes 12.5% and the LTC fee 0.2%, so small cash-outs belong on Litecoin or a cheap stablecoin network.

The terms also let the casino refuse a withdrawal when deposits have not been wagered, set individual daily limits and void bets after a terms violation. Each of these can hold a balance that has already passed verification.

Complaints include withdrawals blocked after significant wins, further document requests, accounts closed with balances withheld, accusations of shared IP addresses or multiple accounts, and one case of an unreturned €2,000 deposit. Other players report payments arriving promptly once verification was complete, so the approval stage decides how long a cash-out takes.

Free spins up front, cashback without turnover

The welcome offer on the site is built around free spins: up to 500 spins for casino players, with a separate freebet of up to $50 for sports. A free-spin bonus, a Free Spins Hunt and no-deposit spins add further entry points.

The alternative to a matched deposit is a 10% daily cashback for seven days with no wagering. Matched-deposit versions of the welcome offer come with wagering requirements, so cashback is the route that can be withdrawn as soon as it is credited.

Winnings from no-deposit free spins require a deposit before they can be activated or withdrawn, a rule behind complaints about misleading promotions. A bonus can also be cancelled, and all winnings made with it are then voided.

Ongoing promotions include Coins Spin, a daily wheel with free-spin prizes, missions such as 25 free spins for playing Aviator or $5 for blackjack, free boxes and a six-task Beginner’s Path. Weekly cashback reaches up to 20%, and promo codes are distributed through the Telegram channel.

Competitions add a Daily Race, a Weekly Race with 10,000 free spins, a $10,000 Weekly Raffle and a Monthly Leaderboard paying $10,000 plus 5,000 free spins, with $3,000 for first place. Provider tournaments such as Drops & Wins run alongside them.

Originals, live tables and familiar slot studios

The library holds 5,700+ games from 40+ studios, covering slots, crash games, live dealer tables and the casino’s own Originals. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, BGaming, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Endorphina, Betsoft and Thunderkick give the slot lobby recognisable depth.

Evolution, Pragmatic Play and TVBet supply 500+ live tables, with blackjack, Feature Buy-In tables and game shows among the formats. A sportsbook covering 23+ sports and esports such as Valorant, Dota 2 and CS runs alongside the casino.

The Originals section includes Crash, Dice, Plinko, Limbo, Keno, Double, CoinsFlip, Hilo, Blackjack, Passage, Mines, Roulette, Wheel and Chicken, with Jetgames supplying 16 of the in-house-style titles. Rounds last seconds, so a budget runs down much faster than on a themed video slot at the same stake.

The Originals are marketed as provably fair, but the site does not explain how to verify a round, and RTP figures are not shown for them on the site or in the game info windows. In a standard provably fair system, the casino publishes a hashed server seed before play and reveals it afterwards so the result can be recalculated; without published instructions, players cannot run that check themselves.

There is no RTP filter for the slot catalogue. Individual slots still show their own figures, such as 98.6% for 1429 Uncharted Seas, which is a long-run statistical return, not a guide to a short session.

RakeBoost grows with play volume

The Coins.Game VIP Club adds RakeBoost on top of the standard cashback and promotions. The rate starts at 2% on Bronze, rises to 5% on Gold and 7% at Platinum I, and reaches 20% for CRYPTO KING. A site-wide rakeback promotion advertises a further +20%.

Gold needs cumulative wagering of 54,820 USDT, Platinum I 554,820 USDT and CRYPTO KING 678,000,000 USDT. At $5 a spin, Gold alone takes about 11,000 spins, so most players will stay on the lower rates.

Monthly bonuses, weekly cashback and higher withdrawal limits are among the upper-level rewards. The raised cash-out allowance matters most to frequent large winners, since the standard €10,000 monthly ceiling is the main constraint on a big balance.

Rain works differently. Players who have completed identity verification can solve a captcha every 30 minutes to enter the pool. Tipping another player does not create Rain eligibility, and the minimum tip is $1.

Browser play with Telegram on the side

Coins.Game runs on iOS and Android through a responsive HTML5 site, with no native store app. The same account opens on desktop and phone, and casino categories, live tables, the cashier and promotions are all available from the mobile menu.

The Telegram channel distributes promo codes and promotion news, so following it is the quickest way to catch time-limited offers. Deposits come from any external crypto wallet by sending coins to the address shown in the cashier.

On a small screen, short-round Originals and the cashier are the most practical sections. Optional two-factor authentication adds a second check at login, which matters when a phone browser stays signed in to an account with a balance.

Round-the-clock chat, with slower disputes

Live chat runs 24/7 with human agents and no bot, alongside email at [email protected] and the Help Centre at help.coins.game. Chat is the first stop for a deposit problem, locked promotional funds or a pending verification request.

Casino.guru rates the chat as average, with replies taking about ten minutes. Support and the interface run in 17+ languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Turkish and Ukrainian.

Complaints take longer than chat: the average first reply is about one day and the average resolution about four days. Slow responses are a recurring grievance among players in verification or balance disputes.

When a payout stalls, keep the requested documents, transaction identifier and support correspondence together. Those records show whether the hold lies with identity approval, internal processing or the external payment transfer.

Ownership, trust signals and account-rule risks

Coins.Game is operated by Royal Way Limited, registered in Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros under number 15820. Its Anjouan gaming licence, ALSI-202410033-FI2, was issued on 28 October 2024, with its term listed as ending around 27 October 2026. Altrimax Limited in Cyprus acts as payment agent, and Kings.game is a sister brand under the same operator and licence. The licence does not determine whether gambling is legal in a player’s own country.

Casino.guru gives Coins.Game a Safety Index of 1.4/10 (Very low) and lists 74 complaints: 50 rejected, 18 resolved, four unresolved and two open. Trustpilot shows 2.0/5 from 241 reviews, with 59% one-star ratings centred on payouts and account restrictions.

AskGamblers gives an expert score of 6.9/10 and a player score of 6.5/10 from 31 reviews, with 18 of 20 complaints resolved, typically within four days. Its complaint themes match the others: accounts closed without explanation, slow KYC and confiscated balances. Positive reviews report completed withdrawals once verification is done.

Casino.guru rates the terms as mostly fair, but flags clauses that treat bonus hunting as a serious breach and allow winnings to be confiscated for low-risk play. Complaints involving multi-account accusations and closed accounts show how those powers are used in practice.

Excluded territories include Australia, France, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States and its dependent territories, Aruba, Bonaire, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Saba, St Maarten, St Martin and Statia. Playing from one of them puts the account at risk even if the site opens.

Player controls include deposit limits, a 24-hour break and self-exclusion from one day to indefinitely. Self-exclusion can only be set after the break option in the account settings and cannot be reversed by support, so a player who wants to stop immediately has to go through two steps.

Other approaches to crypto gambling

For players comparing payment access, messaging integration and reward structures, these casinos take different approaches:

• 500 Casino — 6.8/10; a wider set of direct fiat deposit routes gives payment-card and e-wallet users more funding flexibility.
• JetTon Casino — 5.9/10; its Telegram mini-app and TON Wallet access put play inside the messaging ecosystem rather than centring Telegram on promotional codes.
• Roobet — 6.2/10; RooWards turns recurring rakeback into withdrawable funds without wagering requirements, instead of leaning on locked deposit matches.
• TrustDice — 7.1/10; TXT staking connects its token rewards to regular crypto dividends, a different model from Coins.Game’s tiered cashback.

The €10,000 question behind the coin selection

Coins.Game makes funding simple, with offers from $1, 15+ coins and regional rails such as Pix, IMPS and Papara. The constraints come on the way out: KYC before the first withdrawal, no weekend processing and a €10,000 monthly ceiling that turns a €35,000 win into four months of payments.

A Casino.guru Safety Index of 1.4/10, 74 complaints and terms that void bonus winnings on cancellation argue for a cautious first test: a small deposit, the 0× cashback instead of a matched bonus, and a withdrawal of €10 to €50 in Litecoin or a stablecoin once verification is done, before larger sums go in.
