Betandplay Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Six core coins alongside a conventional cashier

Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Dogecoin are available for both deposits and withdrawals. A player can fund in USDT and cash out in BTC, or stay in one coin throughout, without converting through a card or bank account.

The fiat side covers Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Paysafecard and bank transfer. Account currencies include EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, JPY, NOK and NZD, so a player paid in one of these does not need to convert everything into crypto first.

The minimum deposit is €20 on fiat methods. Crypto minimums are 0.0001 BTC, 0.001 BCH, 0.01 ETH and 20 USDT. The USDT floor is closest to the €20 fiat minimum, which makes Tether the simplest coin for a small first deposit.

The casino charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. The blockchain network fee is the only cost on a crypto transfer, and it depends on the coin: an ETH or ERC-20 transfer usually costs more than a Litecoin or Dogecoin one.

Approval can be quick; the payout ceiling is the constraint

Withdrawal requests stay pending for up to 24 hours, and none are processed at weekends. Once approved, crypto and e-wallet payouts can arrive within a few hours. Bank transfers take three to ten working days, so a bank withdrawal requested on Friday can take over two weeks to arrive.

Withdrawals are capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. A €10,000 win at the standard level leaves as €7,500 in the first week and €2,500 in the second. Wins above €15,000 are paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000, so a €45,000 win takes three months to clear in full. VIP members can get exceptions to the standard caps.

The minimum withdrawal is €20 on fiat methods. With no casino withdrawal fee, a €20 cash-out costs nothing beyond the network or bank charge.

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal and covers proof of identity, proof of address and proof of the payment method. The review can take up to 30 working days, about six weeks, and the terms give players only a short window to supply the documents. Players also describe repeat document requests after the first set was sent.

Payment complaints describe withdrawals pending for a week or longer and accounts disabled while money remained in them. Other players report fast cash-outs and helpful account managers. For a large win, the verification review of up to 30 working days and the €15,000 monthly instalment rule set the timetable far more than blockchain speed does.

A large headline bonus comes with a large turnover bill

The welcome promotion has separate fiat and crypto tracks over four deposits. The fiat track opens with 100% up to €500 and 50 free spins, then 100% up to €250 with 100 spins (code BNP2), 50% up to €750 with spins (BNP3) and 25% up to €1,000 with 100 spins (BNP4).

The crypto track opens with 120% up to 1 BTC and 100 free spins on Gates of Olympus. The second and third stages pay 50% up to 2 BTC each, with 100 and 175 spins, and the fourth 100% up to 1 BTC with 175 spins.

Bonus money is wagered 50x. Free-spin winnings are wagered 30x on the fiat track and 50x on the crypto spins. A 50x requirement is at the strict end of what casinos ask; 35x is more typical for a deposit match.

A maximum bet applies while wagering. Slots count 100% towards the requirement, table games 5% and live casino nothing. €1,000 of roulette therefore clears only €50 of the €5,000, which makes slots the only practical way through the turnover. Measured against table games alone, the 50x requirement works out at an effective 1,000x.

Wednesday reloads pay 50% up to €250 with 50x wagering. Free-spin offers, tournaments including Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins, wheel spins, Mystery Drops, happy hours and Telegram promotions add recurring rewards outside the welcome stages.

Bonus disputes include free-spin winnings being cut and disagreements over how much wagering was still needed before a withdrawal. Under the terms, claiming too many bonuses or making deposits only to collect them can also put winnings at risk.

Slots, live tables and crash play beyond the cashier

The library holds 4,000+ games from 130+ providers, including slots, live tables, jackpot titles and instant-win games. Slots range from Megaways and bonus-buy games to fruit machines, fishing themes and Hold & Win.

Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Play’n GO lead the studio list, with Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, BGaming, Red Tiger, Push Gaming, Nolimit City, Playson, Belatra, Thunderkick, Booming Games, Iron Dog, Amatic and 1x2gaming behind them. Games are audited by iTech Labs, which tests that each title’s random number generator produces results in line with its published maths. Bingo is the one notable gap in the lobby.

The live casino covers blackjack, roulette and baccarat, plus game shows such as Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly and Deal or No Deal. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live supply the tables, including ONE Blackjack, Speed Baccarat and Salon Privé VIP tables for higher stakes. Live poker tables are also available.

Instant-win and crash options include Aviator, where a round lasts seconds and the cash-out point is chosen by the player. A sportsbook section is also part of the site.

Live tables come from 11 live studios in all, and Salon Privé is the room for players who want higher table limits than the standard blackjack games allow.

VIP privileges do not erase ordinary withdrawal rules

Betandplay runs a level-based VIP club. Its members get a personal account manager, exclusive tournaments and faster withdrawals, and VIP accounts can receive exceptions to the €7,500 weekly and €15,000 monthly caps.

The cap exception is the perk with the most direct effect on a player’s wallet. A standard account needs three months to withdraw a €45,000 win; a VIP account with a raised cap can shorten that, while the verification review of up to 30 working days still applies to every account.

For a player who mainly moves crypto in and out, the faster withdrawals and the account manager matter more than extra spins, since they address the two slowest parts of a payout. Outside the club, Spin and Win Mondays pay a 75% match or 150 free spins, and weekend free-spin offers, wheel spins and Mystery Drops add smaller rewards for regular depositors.

Casino access from a phone browser

Betandplay Casino runs in mobile browsers and can be added to a phone’s home screen as a web app, which opens the casino in its own window. The same account, balance and cashier work on phone and desktop, in English, German, Italian, Arabic or Norwegian.

Slots suit a small screen well, while live tables need room for the video feed, bet spots and timers, so live play is more comfortable on a larger display.

An Android app is also offered on some versions of the site. Deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion apply the same way on mobile as on desktop.

Round-the-clock chat with an email fallback

Live chat runs 24/7 and works without signing in. Chat replies usually arrive within minutes. Email goes to [email protected] and is usually answered the same day. There is no phone line, so every dispute is handled in writing.

Chat is available in English, German and Arabic, and the site also comes in Italian and Norwegian. A player can open chat before registering to ask about the crypto welcome stages, the BNP stage codes or the €20 minimum, which helps before any money is sent.

Complaints mention unanswered emails, especially in disputes over money or account access. For an unresolved withdrawal, the chat transcript, transaction ID and copies of the documents already sent make a follow-up specific, which matters when verification can take weeks.

Operator history, disputed terms and player trust

Novatrix S.R.L. owns and operates Betandplay Casino under licences from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority (ALSI-202508056-FI2) and the Tobique Gaming Commission (0000002). The brand launched in 2023 under an earlier operator, although the betandplay.com domain itself was registered in 2002, and Lucky Circus Casino is a sister site.

Casino.guru gives the casino a Safety Index of 6.8/10, rated Above average, estimates its annual revenue at more than $5 million and flags six unfair terms. Among them: winnings can be confiscated for low-risk play and for certain wagering techniques, typical bonus-hunting strategies count as a serious breach, and players get only a short time to supply verification documents.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.2/10 and a player rating of 8/10 from 79 reviews, and lists 19 complaints, 17 of them resolved, with the casino answering in about two days and a typical case closing in five. Most were about withdrawals pending for a week or more. Trustpilot rates the casino 1.9/5 from 112 reviews, with 60% at one star; reviews describe restricted accounts holding balances, repeat document demands and reduced free-spin winnings. The casino has managed that Trustpilot profile since March 2023 and replies to about half of its negative reviews, usually within a week.

Net winnings are capped at $50,000 a day, and wins above €15,000 are paid in monthly instalments. A player who lands a large jackpot can therefore wait months for the full amount even after verification is done.

Players from the United States, including Ohio, are not accepted, and the casino is unavailable in Ontario, although players elsewhere in Canada are accepted. Responsible-gambling controls include deposit, wagering and loss limits, time-outs, cool-off periods and self-exclusion, with links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy; limits are set by emailing support.

Other casinos for different priorities

• Bet Republic Casino — 5.0/10. Its expansive game catalogue and extensive live-table selection place library breadth at the centre of the comparison.
• LunuBet Casino — 4.9/10. Regional payment routes such as Pix, Interac, BLIK, Zimpler and Volt broaden the everyday banking options.
• Mr Pacho Casino — 5.4/10. A dedicated crypto welcome match alongside its fiat promotion gives bonus-focused depositors a different starting offer.
• Fortune Play Casino — 5.8/10. Its extended deposit-package rewards and weekly reloads put greater emphasis on recurring promotional value.

What reaches your wallet after the bonus ends?

Funding is simple: six coins in both directions, cards and e-wallets beside them and no casino fees. The return leg is what to plan for, with a 24-hour pending stage that skips weekends, a €7,500 weekly cap and a verification review that can run to 30 working days.

Someone taking the 120% crypto match on 0.1 BTC faces 50x on a 0.12 BTC bonus, or 6 BTC of slot bets. A player who skips the bonus and keeps withdrawals under €7,500 a week avoids most of the friction; a big winner should expect monthly instalments.
