Booi Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Crypto choice inside a multi-currency cashier

Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Dogecoin and Litecoin are established payment choices at Booi Casino. DASH and Monero expand the coin selection, while USDT, USDC, TRX, TON and Solana offer further ways to use digital assets. This breadth is useful for players who already hold different coins and prefer to avoid exchanging them simply to make a deposit.

Cards and e-wallets remain a substantial part of the cashier. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton and AstroPay are among the options, alongside local services including Webpay, MACH and SPEI. Fiat account currencies include USD, EUR, RUB, PLN, BRL, CLP, KZT, MXN, CAD, NZD, ARS and INR. Players who split their spending between a bank card and a crypto wallet have more flexibility here than at a crypto-only casino.

The minimum deposit is $10 or €10, which is also the amount needed to claim the welcome match. The cashier offers 62 payment methods in all, and the account can hold balances in about a dozen currencies, so a player can deposit in BRL or PLN and still use crypto for a later top-up.

The payout window begins with verification

Withdrawal requests stay pending for up to 12 hours before processing starts. After that, e-wallets are the fastest route and can pay within about two hours, while cards can take one to five days and bank transfers three to five working days. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request made on Friday evening can wait until Monday before it even leaves the pending queue.

The first hurdle is KYC. Identity documents must be approved before any withdrawal is processed, and the document check usually takes about 24 hours. A crypto deposit does not change that: the first payout in BTC waits for the same approval as a card withdrawal. One player reported verification SMS codes that never arrived, which left the withdrawal blocked.

The minimum withdrawal is $10 or €10, or €5 through Jeton. Fiat withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a day at the entry level, and the cap rises with VIP status to €30,000. Several cryptocurrencies have no daily limit at all, which makes a coin the quicker exit for a large win: €40,000 by bank would need four days at the entry cap.

Fees make withdrawal frequency important. Two withdrawal requests a day are free, and a third costs 10%. A deduction of up to 10% also applies when deposits have not been wagered at least three times before cashing out. A player who deposits €200 and withdraws it after only €300 of bets could lose up to €20 of it to that rule.

Player complaints cover delayed withdrawals, blocked accounts and verification difficulties, plus deposits that did not appear in the balance. Payouts to Revolut have arrived within 15 minutes, while one accepted withdrawal was still missing two days later. For a disputed payment, retain the request date, transaction reference and written correspondence so each stage can be traced.

A weekend gap, a 12-hour pending stage and a 24-hour document check can add up: a first withdrawal requested on a Friday may take until Tuesday to reach an e-wallet, even when nothing goes wrong.

Three welcome deposits and a 40x hurdle

The headline welcome package at Booi Casino covers three deposits, with possible bonus credits totalling up to $1,500 and 100 free spins. The first deposit earns a 100% match up to $500 plus 100 spins. The second brings a 75% match up to $500, and the third offers 50% up to $500. Each stage has a separate ceiling; the $1,500 headline is the combined maximum, not the amount granted on a single payment.

Wagering is 40x the bonus, and the same 40x applies to winnings from the free spins. The welcome bonus has to be cleared within seven days, which turns the multiplier into a weekly betting target.

Taking all three stages at the maximum means $1,500 in bonus funds and $60,000 of wagering, spread across three separate seven-day windows. A player who mainly uses live roulette or blackjack should check which titles count toward the 40x before opting in.

Regular rewards continue after the opening deposits. Weekly free-spin promotions, cashback and slot tournaments are part of the offer. Cashback is tied to loyalty level and carries no wagering, so the returned amount can be withdrawn straight away.

A large catalogue led by slots and live tables

Booi Casino offers 5,700+ games from 120+ providers. Slots dominate, with around 112 Megaways titles and about 132 progressive jackpots, while table games, video poker, scratch cards, dice games and live-dealer titles fill out the rest of the lobby.

Recognisable developers include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Playson, Wazdan, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal and Booming Games, with Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming and ELK further down the list. Not every studio is available in every country, so the lobby a player sees depends on location.

Evolution supplies live roulette, baccarat, sic bo and game-show titles, and blackjack is available at both live and virtual tables. Spribe is among the providers, which brings Aviator-style crash games into the catalogue.

Slot tournaments run regularly and rank players on qualifying titles, and higher VIP levels open access to further tournaments.

The games run on the studios’ random number generators and are certified as fair. Payments use SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant processing, which covers card data on deposits and withdrawals.

Animal-themed VIP tiers change the cash-out equation

Five loyalty levels organise the rewards at Booi Casino: Wooden Lemur, Silver Eagle, Golden Alligator, Platinum Elephant and Diamond Lion. The animal names fit the casino’s jungle theme, built around Booi the monkey, while the benefits are practical: cashback, better bonus conditions, extra tournaments, a personal manager and higher withdrawal limits.

Weekly cashback ranges from 4% at the entry level to 7% at the top, with no wagering on the cashback. On a €500 losing week, that is €20 back at Wooden Lemur and €35 at Diamond Lion, paid as withdrawable money.

The limit ladder matters more for big winners. Daily fiat withdrawals start at €10,000 and reach €30,000 at the higher levels, so a €60,000 win leaves in two days at the top against six at entry level. A personal manager is the other upper-level benefit, useful when a large withdrawal triggers extra document requests.

Browser access keeps the full game mix portable

Booi Casino runs on responsive mobile pages for iOS and Android devices, including tablets. A player can use a mobile browser to reach the cashier, games and account interface without relying on a desktop computer.

The interface, mobile pages included, runs in eight languages: English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Kazakh, Polish and Portuguese.

The mobile site carries the same cashier, so a withdrawal can be requested and ID documents uploaded from a phone.

Round-the-clock chat, with limited spoken-language choice

Live chat at Booi Casino is available 24/7, alongside support by email at [email protected]. Chat operates in English and Russian. Round-the-clock chat matters here because withdrawals are not processed at weekends: a player can at least confirm on Saturday that a Friday request is queued correctly.

There is no telephone support channel. Players who need to send screenshots, document references or a detailed explanation can use email, where the full exchange remains in writing. For urgent questions, live chat is the quicker channel.

Some players report slow chat replies. Formal complaints move faster: the casino answers complaints filed on AskGamblers in two days on average. On Trustpilot it replies to every negative review, but usually more than a month later and with a standard text.

The site runs in eight languages, including Polish, Portuguese and Kazakh, but chat covers only English and Russian. A Brazilian or Polish player should expect to explain a payment problem in English.

Ownership, licence and the dispute record

Booi Casino launched in February 2019 and is operated by Globonet B.V. under a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The licence could not be matched to a public register entry. Play Fortuna is a sister casino in the same group.

Casino.guru assigns an above-average Safety Index of 7.8/10 but also judges some of the casino’s terms to be somewhat unfair and flags limited responsible-gambling options. Its concerns include rules under which betting techniques that do not give the player an advantage can be treated as serious breaches, and card counting can lead to confiscated winnings.

The Casino.guru complaint record contains 36 cases: 12 resolved, 22 rejected and two unresolved. Issues include verification delays, account restrictions and missing deposits. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.6/10 and lists eight complaints. Trustpilot scores booi.com at 2.7/5 from 14 reviews, split between five-star and one-star ratings; one player there describes winnings withheld and an account blocked for “bonus abuse”.

Geographic exclusions include the United States, including Ohio, and the United Kingdom. Other restricted countries include Algeria, Belgium, Belize, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden. The site offers French and Spanish even though France and Spain are on that list, so the language menu says nothing about access. An offshore licence does not make play legal where national law restricts online gambling.

Two of those disputes remain unresolved. A Curaçao licence offers little outside help in such a case, so the casino’s own complaint process and the mediation of complaint sites are the realistic routes for a stuck payout.

Different priorities, different casinos

• Excitewin Casino — 5.0/10. Its appeal is a particularly extensive spread of software studios for players who make game selection the first comparison.
• Mr Pacho Casino — 5.4/10. It separates a crypto-specific welcome deal from its conventional deposit promotion.
• Rox Casino — 5.6/10. It has a longer operating history within an established group of sister casinos.
• Lemon Casino — 5.4/10. It gives players an outside mediation service for disputes and holds a much higher safety score than Booi Casino.

Does the multi-currency cashier justify funding Booi?

The choice of BTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE and LTC alongside cards and e-wallets is a clear reason to consider Booi Casino when payment flexibility matters. A library of 5,700+ games, Evolution live tables and wager-free cashback of 4% to 7% add to the cashier.

The harder part is getting winnings out. A first withdrawal waits up to 12 hours pending and about 24 hours for KYC, nothing moves at weekends, and a third request in one day costs 10%. A player who plans one larger crypto withdrawal per week, after verifying early, avoids most of that friction; a player who wants several small cash-outs a day pays for each extra one.
