Loonieplay Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Interac, 14 coins and the route into the cashier

Loonieplay Casino accepts 14 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX, TON, BNB, POL, DOT, XLM and ADA. Cards, Interac and two mobile wallets complete a cashier of 19 methods. Accounts run in Canadian dollars or euros, so a player can move between a crypto wallet and a Canadian bank balance without a third currency.

Interac works in both directions, so a Canadian player can deposit and withdraw through the same bank-linked route. BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and ADA can also be used for cash-outs.

Confirm the destination network against the receiving address before sending cryptocurrency. USDT and USDC can travel on several chains, and a completed blockchain transaction cannot be recalled.

What a C$5,000 weekly payout ceiling means

Withdrawals are capped at C$5,000 a week. A C$12,000 balance therefore leaves in three weekly instalments, and a C$50,000 jackpot would take ten weeks to clear. The cap applies regardless of method, so switching from Interac to Bitcoin does not speed up a large cash-out.

One player’s first withdrawal was delayed by a technical fault at the payment provider before the money arrived. The casino and its payment provider handle a request before any coins move on-chain, and that is where the reported delay happened.

A separate complaint concerns a crypto deposit that never reached the player’s balance, with no useful reply from chat or email. A small test deposit shows whether a chosen coin and network credit correctly before a larger amount is sent.

Three welcome matches and what each deposit unlocks

The welcome offers are a 50% match up to C$500, a 100% match up to C$1,000 and a second 50% match up to C$500. Each cap needs a different deposit to reach it: C$1,000 for the 100% match and C$1,000 for either 50% match.

A C$200 deposit on the 100% offer adds C$200 of bonus credit; the same deposit on a 50% offer adds C$100. The largest single credit, C$1,000, comes only with a C$1,000 deposit, which is a fifth of a week’s withdrawal allowance.

Bonus credit is separate from withdrawable cash until the promotion’s conditions are met.

Live tables and slots from 80+ studios

Loonieplay Casino has 80+ game providers, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Playtech, Play’n GO and Evolution. That gives players conventional slot releases, live-dealer tables and more specialised formats in the same casino catalogue.

The selection includes slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, poker, bingo, craps and dice, keno, scratch cards, crash games and jackpots. Live versions include baccarat, blackjack, poker and roulette, as well as bingo and dice. Someone who plays slots and occasionally switches to a dealer-led table can therefore stay within the casino section.

There is also an esports betting section.

Mobile access through a responsive website

Loonieplay Casino has a mobile-adapted website, with casino pages presented for smaller screens. That provides a browser-based route to slots, live tables and the cashier without installing anything.

Apple Pay and Google Pay make phone deposits quicker than typing card details, and a wallet app on the same phone can paste a copied deposit address in seconds.

Support availability is a meaningful weak point

Loonieplay offers live chat and email support, with the site available in English, French and German. Casino.guru graded its email support as “Bad”.

Players report the same problem. A customer whose crypto deposit was not credited said chat and email brought no useful response, and a second one-star review complained of no chat and no support; an earlier reviewer praised customer service. The company had not replied to either negative post.

Support itself works in English only, so a French- or German-speaking player may have to explain a payment problem in English.

Who runs Loonieplay Casino and how disputes are handled

Loonieplay Casino is operated by Kingside Push Ltd. under an offshore licence from Anjouan, Comoros, numbered ALSI-202509025-FI1. The licence number could not be matched to a public register entry.

Casino.guru rates the casino 7.3/10 for safety as a “Fresh casino”, records no formal complaints and found no unfair or predatory rules in its terms. The brand launched in 2025, so that record covers little more than a year of payment history.

Trustpilot gives Loonieplay Casino 3.0/5 from three reviews: one positive and two one-star complaints about support, neither of which the company has answered. Both point to support as the weak link.

Players in the United States, including Ohio and New Jersey, are restricted. An Anjouan licence does not make play legal in every other country, and tax treatment depends on the country of residence.

Different priorities, different casinos

Other operators offer distinct ways to address the trade-offs around Loonieplay Casino’s payout restrictions and support record.

• Betnix — 4.8/10. Its supplier list runs well beyond Loonieplay’s, giving a deeper slot lobby.
• BetMatch Casino — 4.8/10. Its European banking choices, including Revolut and Klarna, offer a different fiat-payment emphasis.
• Vavada — 6.0/10. Higher crypto cash-out capacity makes it a comparison for players concerned about payment ceilings.
• Coolzino Casino — 5.3/10. Its multi-provider lobby runs to thousands of games, with Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw among the headline studios.

The weekly ceiling sets the funding decision

Interac in both directions, 14 coins and 80+ game studios make Loonieplay Casino a practical cashier for Canadian players who deposit and withdraw a few hundred dollars at a time. Apple Pay and Google Pay make small deposits from a phone quick.

A big win changes the picture. At C$5,000 a week, a C$15,000 balance needs three weeks, and the support channel that would handle a stuck payment has drawn complaints about missing replies.
