Razed Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Razed deposits: broad coin support, a $2 entry point

BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC are joined by LTC, XRP, TRX, SOL, DOGE, BCH, DAI, ALGO, SHFL and BNB. Players can choose between volatile coins and dollar-linked stablecoins, or fund the account directly from existing crypto holdings.

Ethereum, Base, Tron, Solana, Polygon and BNB Smart Chain are among the supported networks. These are distinct transfer routes: the asset and receiving network must agree before a deposit is sent.

The minimum deposit is $2. That is low enough to test the cashier with a token amount before moving a larger balance, and on Base, Tron, Solana or Polygon the network fee on such a transfer is usually a fraction of the deposit. On Ethereum mainnet, a gas fee can exceed a $2 deposit, so the cheapest route for a small top-up is a stablecoin on a low-fee chain.

Razed is crypto-first, with an on-site option to buy coins using conventional payment methods, as well as MetaMask funding. Buying crypto through the platform adds its own charges before play begins, so a card-funded $20 purchase leaves less than $20 to wager.

Fast crypto cash-outs meet verification delays

Razed markets its crypto withdrawals as instant, and a crypto cash-out can reach a wallet about three to four minutes after the request. AskGamblers puts the pending window at up to 24 hours, so a request that goes to manual review can take most of a day before any coins move.

There is no cap on cryptocurrency withdrawal amounts. A player who turns $200 into $20,000 can request the whole balance at once instead of splitting it across days or weeks. The minimum withdrawal is $10, so a balance below that stays in the account until it is played up or topped up.

Razed covers network fees on most coins. USDT is the exception, with a flat $3 fee per withdrawal. On a $10 USDT cash-out that is 30% of the amount; on $500 it is 0.6%. Small withdrawals are cheaper in another coin, and anyone cashing out in USDT gets more value from fewer, larger requests.

Identity and source-of-funds checks are the main interruption. Accounts open and fund without an ID request, but Level 2 checks (identity, address and source of funds) can be triggered later, typically before money leaves. Player complaints describe withdrawals held or cancelled during these checks and balances reduced after accusations of bonus abuse or multiple accounts.

Two account rules also shape the timing. Each deposit must be wagered at least 1× before it can be withdrawn, so a $100 deposit needs $100 of bets first. Pending withdrawals can be reversed back into the playable balance, which makes it easy to cancel a cash-out and keep betting while it waits for approval.

A $300 match that demands thousands in turnover

The welcome offer is a 100% deposit match up to $300 plus free spins, and no promo code is needed. Bonus Builder adds reloads, lossback, free spins and bonus buys on top, and no-deposit offers and free-spin drops appear occasionally.

Wagering is the more revealing number: 40×. Turnover counts the cumulative stakes placed on eligible games, and it is possible to reach the target and still finish with less than the original deposit, because every stake stays at risk until the requirement is cleared.

Game weighting changes how quickly that target moves. Slots count 100%, while live games and in-house originals count 20%. If $100 is wagered on a live game, only $20 counts towards the requirement, so a bonus is realistically a slots-only proposition.

The welcome conditions include a $50 maximum bet and a five-day validity window. Clearing $4,000 in five days means about $800 of slot bets a day; at $1 a spin that is 800 spins daily. Clearing $12,000 on the top tier means $2,400 a day, which only suits players who already stake at that pace.

Beyond the initial match, rewards include ongoing rakeback and the Bonus Builder options.

Slots dominate, with live tables and in-house titles

Razed has 4,000+ casino games, with slots making up most of the selection. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, BGaming, NetEnt, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, 3 Oaks and Novomatic appear among the suppliers. The depth makes it possible to move between familiar video slots, new releases and high-volatility titles without changing accounts.

Live tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with 80+ titles covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. Tables run in English, Japanese, Turkish, Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Their 20% contribution to welcome wagering makes them a poor place to clear a bonus.

The selection also includes progressive jackpots such as Divine Fortune and Razed-branded roulette, blackjack and baccarat. A set of in-house games uses a provably fair mechanism: after a round, a player can compare the server and client seeds with the published hash and confirm the result came from the stated algorithm. It proves the round was not altered, not that the odds favour the player.

Provider access varies by country, with NetEnt among the studios restricted in some markets. A player focused on one studio should confirm it appears in the lobby after sign-up before planning a bonus session around it.

Razed also operates a Betby-powered sportsbook with live betting and esports markets.

Rakeback starts early; VIP rewards build with volume

Razed pays instant rakeback from the first bet, before a player reaches any VIP level. That gives lower-volume users a recurring return without first chasing a status threshold. Rakeback returns a share of the house edge on wagers already placed, so it reduces the cost of play without turning it into a profit.

The VIP programme has ten levels from Bronze to Onyx, with sub-levels in between. Entry at Bronze 1 starts at $10,000 of wagering. Features include weekly and monthly bonuses, rank-up rewards, personal VIP hosts, birthday and milestone rewards, Bonus Builder and VIP Boost. At $20 a session, reaching Bronze 1 would take 500 sessions, so the basic rakeback is the part most small depositors will use.

The promotion calendar adds a $100,000 monthly race, a $10,000 weekly race, a $10,000 weekly raffle and a $10,000 sports race. Races rank players by wagering volume, so their prize pools reward the heaviest bettors. Razed Challenges set tasks with bonus or prize rewards and suit players who follow promotions closely.

Milestone rewards at the top of the ladder range from cruises to a Rolex Daytona. VIP hosts are a recurring point of praise in player feedback, but they only become available once wagering volume reaches the VIP tiers.

Razed runs in the phone browser

There is no native Razed mobile app. The casino uses a mobile web interface with the same sections as the desktop site, so an account can be opened and used through a phone browser without installing anything.

Registration needs only an email address on a phone as well. The cashier, game lobby, promotions and Help Centre are all reachable from the browser menu, and the 13 interface languages carry over to the mobile version.

Always-on chat, but assistance is in English

Live chat runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, alongside email at [email protected] and a Help Centre. Chat usually answers within minutes; resolving an account issue, especially one tied to verification, takes longer than the first reply.

The Help Centre separates material into Account, Wallet, Casino, Sportsbook and VIP areas. A player with a transaction question can start in the Wallet section; account recovery and settings belong in Account. Routine questions can be answered without waiting for a live agent.

The site offers 13 interface languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Russian and Japanese, and the Help Centre is available in English, German and Japanese. Customer support itself is in English only, so a disputed deposit or withdrawal has to be explained in English.

On AskGamblers, Razed has taken about four days to respond to complaints. There is no telephone support channel.

Razed’s licence, operator and complaint record

Razed operates under an Anjouan gaming licence, number ALSI-132405034-FI3, in the Union of Comoros, valid until 27 May 2027. The operator is Wild Technology Ltd, a Costa Rica company with registration number 3-102-898807. Anjouan oversight is distinct from UK or EU gambling regulation, and the licence does not establish permission to offer gambling in every country.

Razed is not available in the UK, the US, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria or Ontario. Further exclusions include Singapore, Israel, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, the Comoros, the Dutch Caribbean islands and French overseas territories, about 30 jurisdictions in all.

Casino.guru gives Razed a Safety Index of 7.3/10, classed as above average, and finds no unfair clauses in its terms. It also records 26 complaints: four open, one unresolved, seven resolved and fourteen rejected. The account terms allow the operator to confiscate balances at its sole discretion and claim further damages, charge a €10 monthly fee on inactive accounts and send disputes to arbitration in Anjouan only.

AskGamblers gives an Expert score of 7.3/10 and a Player score of 8.1/10 from 16 reviews. Its complaint record includes a resolved case, an unresolved case involving approximately $1,870 and a rejected case involving approximately $1,388. Trustpilot scores Razed at 4.1/5 from 382 reviews, with 65% five-star and 29% one-star ratings.

Positive feedback centres on quick crypto payments, the game choice and VIP hosts. Negative posts describe blocked withdrawals during Level 2 checks, repeated document requests and balances confiscated or reduced after accusations of bonus abuse or multiple accounts.

Responsible gambling controls include wager limits, loss limits, a cooling-off option and self-exclusion. Deposit limits, session limits and reality checks are not offered. Permanent self-exclusion is requested by email and cannot be reversed, and limits stay in force once set.

Different approaches to cash-outs and rewards

• Wild.io (6.5/10) — publishes payout timing statistics that offer a more transparent benchmark for crypto withdrawal speed.
• Rakebit (6.4/10) — puts wager-free rakeback at the centre of its opening incentive instead of relying primarily on a deposit match.
• Winna (6.2/10) — credits rakeback on a frequent repeating cycle, giving rewards a different rhythm from Razed’s tiered programme.
• Duel (6.7/10) — rejects conventional welcome bonuses in favour of immediate wager-free rakeback.

Count the transfer costs before funding Razed

A first deposit at Razed is a comparison of three amounts: the $2 cashier minimum, the network or purchase cost of getting coins there, and the balance that will be left to withdraw after play. No cap on crypto withdrawals favours anyone hoping for a large win, but the $3 USDT fee takes a visible bite out of a $10 cash-out, so a different coin or a larger request works better for small balances.

The harder decision is whether to take the welcome match. If the 40× applies to the bonus, the full $300 means $12,000 of slot turnover in five days, which suits only heavy players; everyone else keeps more control by depositing without it, collecting rakeback, and making a modest first withdrawal to see how the Level 2 checks play out before leaving a larger balance on the account.
