Rox Casino Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

Nine coins, Binance Pay and a fiat cashier

BTC, ETH and USDT are joined by six other cryptocurrencies, while Binance Pay supplies another way to fund an account. The full list is BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX, BCH and BNB, so a player holding Dogecoin, XRP or Tron can deposit without first swapping into Bitcoin or a stablecoin.

The fiat currencies extend to EUR, RUB, UAH, KZT, PLN, NOK and TRY. Mir and SBP make the cashier particularly relevant to Russian-speaking markets, while PIX serves Brazil. The methods shown depend on the player’s country, so not every account sees the full list.

The minimum withdrawal is €10. Crypto withdrawals are processed faster than fiat routes and come with higher limits, which makes a coin the practical exit for a large balance. The casino runs on the SoftSwiss platform.

Cash-out timing meets a strict limit ladder

Rox Casino aims to pay withdrawals within a day, and a request can first sit pending for up to 24 hours. Completed payouts typically take from about an hour to a day, and some arrive within minutes once the account is verified. The longer waits follow a second round of identity checks, which can hold a request well past the one-day target.

The entry-level ceiling is €4,000 per day, €20,000 per week and €80,000 per month. A €12,000 win therefore needs at least three daily requests, and a €30,000 win spills into a second week. Monthly limits rise with the loyalty level, up to €450,000 at the top, but the daily cap still sets the pace for an ordinary account.

Verification is compulsory for every account. It needs a passport and a photo of the bank card, uploaded in the verification section, plus a completed profile before any withdrawal. The check can take up to 48 hours, and larger withdrawals trigger further review. Paying in crypto does not skip this step: the same documents are needed to release a coin withdrawal.

Deposits must also be wagered up to three times before they can be withdrawn, an anti-money-laundering rule separate from any bonus. On a €100 deposit, that can mean €300 in stakes before the money is free to leave, even if no promotion was claimed.

Withdrawal complaints go beyond slow processing. Cases include a delayed large payout, a withdrawal held up by repeated verification, repeated refused withdrawals and accounts blocked with €20,400 and €3,480 inside. Keep the account messages and payment identifiers for any disputed request; the sequence of requests and replies is what a complaint is judged on.

A blockchain payment can complete within minutes after the casino sends it, but it cannot speed up a document review or lift the daily cap. Large wins and accounts picked for extra checks face the longest waits.

What 40x means for the welcome balance

The welcome promotion has four deposit-match stages: 100% up to €600 on the first deposit, 75% on the second, 75% on the third and 50% on the fourth. Up to 500 free spins accompany the package. Each percentage applies to its own deposit, so the package pays out only to a player who funds the account four times.

Wagering is 40x on both the welcome offer and the weekly reload, while the Monday bonus and cashback use a much lighter 5x. If each multiplier applies to the bonus, the same €100 of bonus money needs €4,000 or €500 of play depending on which offer it comes from.

The later stages are smaller per deposit. On the same basis, a €100 deposit at 75% adds €75, or €3,000 of turnover at 40x; at 50% it adds €50 and €2,000 of turnover.

The weekly reload pays 50% to players who deposited during the previous seven days, comes with weekly free spins and is also wagered 40x. The Regulars bonus is lighter: 10% every Monday, wagered only 5x. If the 5x applies to the bonus, a €100 Monday deposit brings €10 and needs €50 of play to clear it.

Weekly cashback returns 10% of real-money losses on video slots, with 5x wagering on the cashback itself. A €300 losing week returns €30, which needs €150 of play before it can be withdrawn. Cashback goes only to players who staked above a minimum during the week.

A birthday reward grows with loyalty level and can be claimed within a week either side of the date. No-deposit offers have included 100 free spins on Forty Fruity Million, wagered 45x within 30 days and available only with a completed profile and confirmed email, as well as spins on Mechanical Clover and Doors of Sol Megaways. Promo codes are also posted on the casino’s social channels.

Slots, live tables and broader casino games

More than 12,000 slots from 90+ providers form the core of the Rox Casino library. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Nolimit City are among the suppliers, with Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Betsoft and Endorphina adding further variety.

Live tables are present too, including Evolution content. Roulette, blackjack and baccarat provide the familiar live-casino structure, while poker, dice and bingo appear among the wider game types.

Outside conventional slots, the game selection includes jackpots, video poker, craps, keno, scratch cards and crash-style games. Sports and eSports betting are offered as well. Promotional tournaments and lotteries award prizes in euros, ROX points and free spins to players who opt in.

Casino.guru’s Gamecheck found no fake games among the titles it checked, meaning the sampled slots matched the studios’ original releases.

ROX points change the monthly cash-out ceiling

Rox Casino’s loyalty programme revolves around ROX points, earned on every real-money stake. The levels run from Regular at 25 points to Great at 100, Premium at 500, VIP at 5,000 and Elite at 30,000. Each step up needs four to ten times the points of the one before, so the top two levels are reached only through very heavy play.

The most concrete benefit is the monthly withdrawal ladder. Entry-level accounts can withdraw €80,000 a month, Premium raises that to €200,000, and VIP and Elite reach €450,000. The daily cap of €4,000 still applies at entry level, so the higher monthly ceilings matter mainly to players who regularly cash out five-figure sums.

The birthday bonus grows with each level, from the smallest award at entry level to the largest at Elite. Points come from every real-money stake, so slot volume is what moves a player up the ladder.

Several players on Trustpilot single out the loyalty rewards and VIP treatment as the best part of the casino, often alongside fast payouts once verification is complete. For an occasional player on the entry level, the programme adds little beyond the birthday bonus and tournament entries.

Rox Casino on a phone or browser

Rox Casino runs in mobile browsers, and Android and iOS apps are offered as well. The mobile version has the same cashier, verification section and loyalty account as the desktop site, so a withdrawal can be requested and its documents uploaded from a phone.

The site is built mainly for Russian-speaking players, with English as the second interface language. Bonus rules and payment instructions are written first for that audience, and some amounts appear only in roubles, so a euro player on a small screen should read the cashier carefully before confirming a deposit.

The mobile cashier lists the same nine coins and Binance Pay, and the €4,000 daily cap applies on a phone exactly as on desktop.

Round-the-clock chat for payment queries

Live chat operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English and Russian. Email goes to [email protected], and a telephone line is also listed. Round-the-clock chat helps when a withdrawal stalls overnight or at the weekend.

Casino.guru rates the live chat as good. Chat and the interface both run in English and Russian.

Email replies take about a day. A specific question works best: name the pending request, the payment method and the reason given for any extra check.

Not every player rates the service highly; some Trustpilot reviews call it the worst part of the casino.

Galaktika N.V., the licence and disputed balances

Rox Casino has operated since 2017 and is run by Galaktika N.V. under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146. The licence covers the whole Galaktika group of 20 casinos, Sol Casino and Legzo Casino among them.

Players from the United States, including Ohio, the United Kingdom and France are not accepted, and other countries are excluded as well. An offshore licence does not make play legal where national law restricts online gambling, and a dispute with a Curaçao-licensed operator has fewer outside remedies than one with a locally licensed casino.

Casino.guru gives the casino a Safety Index of 7.6/10, rated above average, and calls its terms mostly fair while flagging one policy that might unfairly affect some players.

Rox itself has 14 complaints on Casino.guru: five resolved, eight rejected and one unresolved. Cases include accounts blocked with €20,400 and €3,480 inside, an account closed with 1,100 USDT confiscated, a “deceptive bonus scheme” claim over €19,999, cancelled bonus winnings and a deposit refund dispute after a self-exclusion breach. The pattern centres on withdrawals held up by repeat verification and on balances frozen after large wins.

Trustpilot shows 3.3/5 from 25 reviews, with 60% at five stars and 24% at one star; the profile is unclaimed and the company does not reply. Praise focuses on loyalty rewards and quick withdrawals after verification. The one-star reviews describe demands for an extra deposit “for verification”, forced casino wagering before a withdrawal and poor support.

Different priorities, different casino comparisons

• Slota Casino — 5.1/10. Its multi-deposit welcome runs larger and its weekly cashback climbs higher.
• Cat Casino — 5.0/10. It is rated highly by the major casino databases and by the players who review it there.
• AzurSlot Casino — 6.2/10. Its markedly larger game library is the distinguishing attraction for catalogue-driven players.
• Bet Republic Casino — 5.0/10. An expansive live-table selection makes it more focused on sheer table-game variety.

Does the coin selection justify funding Rox Casino?

A wallet holding DOGE, XRP or TRX has more funding choices here than at a BTC-only cashier, and regular slot players have a wide range of providers and live games. The payment choice is tangible, especially alongside cards, electronic wallets and Binance Pay.

The withdrawal side is tighter: €4,000 a day at entry level, a passport and card photo before the first payout, and a repeat-verification pattern behind most complaints. A €500 win in USDT can be out within a day; a €30,000 win faces at least eight daily requests and a second document check. Add 40x on the welcome bonus, and playing with cash only keeps the route to the wallet shortest.
