StakeUS Review: Crypto Payments, Payouts and Bonus Terms

What funds Gold Coins and where Stake Cash fits

Gold Coins are the entertainment currency at StakeUS; Stake Cash is the separate balance used for prize redemption. A purchase buys a Gold Coin package, often with free Stake Cash included, so the money spent buys coins for play rather than a cash balance.

The entry package costs about $20 for 200,000 Gold Coins with 20 Stake Cash included. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover can be used for Gold Coin purchases through the Breeze payment processor. Crypto options cover established coins and stablecoins, giving players a choice between card checkout and a wallet-funded purchase.

Stake Cash cannot be bought directly. It arrives through promotions, the daily login reward, a free postal request and as an addition to Gold Coin packages. Each SC is worth $1 when redeemed as a prize, while Gold Coins have no cash value at all. A player holding 1,000,000 GC and 30 SC therefore has a potential prize of $30, not more.

Purchases are limited to $300 per transaction and $9,000 per day. A crypto prize is paid in the same coin used for the Gold Coin purchase, so the coin and network chosen at checkout also decide where a later redemption lands. A transfer to an incompatible address cannot be reversed.

From Stake Cash to a prize: timing and restrictions

Stake Cash redemptions are usually approved in about 24 hours, and a crypto prize can then reach the wallet within minutes to a few hours. Requests above roughly 5,000 SC go through an extended review. The full timeline from request to wallet is therefore set by the approval step rather than the blockchain.

Crypto is the main redemption route, and the terms also allow fiat redemption. The minimum redemption is 50 SC, so a player needs at least $50 in eligible Stake Cash before the first prize request. At $1 per SC, a 120 SC balance converts to a $120 prize before any fees.

Florida has an additional $5,000 daily redemption ceiling. Because crypto prizes are paid in the same cryptocurrency as the purchase, a player who has bought packages in both BTC and USDT needs a receiving wallet for each.

Identity verification is mandatory for prize redemption. The process can require a government-issued ID, address evidence and a selfie, typically through Veriff at the first redemption. The terms reserve the right to charge redemption fees, and crypto prices can move after a prize is paid. Card-payment problems appear in customer feedback; they concern purchases rather than prize redemptions.

The sequence for a prize is playthrough, eligible balance of at least 50 SC, verification, approval and delivery. Saving the request confirmation and transaction hash gives a clear record of each stage if support needs to trace a payment.

How much play free Stake Cash requires

Registration and verification bring an allocation of 250,000 Gold Coins and 25 Stake Cash, available with sign-up code STAKEPLAY. A daily login award adds 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Stake Cash. Daily rewards run on a rolling 30-day basis, and a missed claim is not banked for a later day; 30 consecutive claims add 300,000 GC and 30 SC to the welcome allocation. There is also a no-purchase route for Stake Cash by postal request.

The main redemption condition is a 3× playthrough, which the terms set for non-promotional Stake Cash: each such SC has to be played three times before it can count towards a prize request.

Additional Gold Coins extend entertainment play but cannot be cashed out. Stake Cash supports prize redemption once its playthrough is met, which is why a large Gold Coin package adds little to redeemable value unless it includes SC.

Extra promotions include bonus-drop codes distributed through Telegram and social channels, daily races and a weekly raffle, and qualifying Gold Coin packages can include extra promotional credits. Each drop and race has its own terms, separate from the welcome allocation and the daily login reward.

Originals, live tables and a large slots catalogue

StakeUS offers 3,700+ games across slots, table formats, live dealer rooms, scratch cards and its proprietary Originals. More than 40 studios supply them, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Playson, NetEnt, BGaming, Red Tiger, Evolution and ICONIC21.

The 31 Stake Originals include Plinko, Mines, Dice, Crash, Limbo, Chicken, Dragon Tower and Keno. They are provably fair: each round can be checked against cryptographic seeds after play. That check covers the Originals only, not third-party slots or live tables.

Live dealer play runs across about 50 tables, including Evolution titles such as Crazy Time and Mega Ball, ICONIC21’s Gravity Blackjack and Gravity Roulette, and Sky and City Roulette from Animo Studios. Blackjack, roulette and game shows give players real-time alternatives to instant-result rounds.

Slots from well-known suppliers offer a slower pace than Crash or Mines, and scratch cards and additional table formats broaden the choice.

Game choice affects how quickly Stake Cash playthrough is completed: a Crash round lasts seconds, while a live blackjack hand takes longer per SC played. Keno is the game most often named in player complaints about fairness.

Rakeback starts at Bronze

StakeUS pays 3.5% rakeback from the Bronze VIP level. The programme runs across 15 tiers, from Bronze to Obsidian, with progress based on the amount played.

Reload rewards start at Platinum, and VIP host access begins at Platinum IV. Weekly and monthly bonuses, level-up rewards and birthday offers come at higher levels, along with priority support and faster redemption handling. Faster redemptions are the perk most relevant to a payout-focused player, since the standard approval step takes about 24 hours.

Rakeback returns a share of play to the account; it does not change the house edge of the games. Progress depends on volume, so someone buying an occasional package sees little of the 15-tier ladder.

Daily races, a weekly raffle and community bonus drops add shorter reward cycles alongside the VIP programme, and they favour players who visit often.

Playing on iPhone and Android browsers

StakeUS provides a mobile-responsive website and an iOS app. On an iPhone, players can choose the App Store application or the browser; on Android, there is no Google Play app, so the browser is the route. The web version keeps games, the cashier and account functions available without an installation.

The mobile catalogue includes the same slots, Originals and live dealer tables. The iOS app holds an App Store rating of about 4.7.

Telegram and other social channels distribute drop codes, and the built-in community chat carries updates. Telegram is a promotional and community channel only; play, purchases and redemptions take place on the website or in the iOS app.

Getting help with cards, accounts and redemptions

Live chat operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, alongside email at [email protected] and an online help centre. That covers questions outside working hours, including a stalled prize request or a failed card purchase. There is no telephone support.

Chat suits an active account question, while email is better when a request involves documents. The help centre answers routine questions about Gold Coins, Stake Cash and verification without a conversation.

The community chat and Telegram groups serve a different purpose from official customer support. Account-specific payment queries belong in chat or email, which keeps identity documents and transaction details out of public conversations.

Customer feedback includes positive comments about helpful agents as well as complaints about login problems and card payments. Live chat replies usually arrive within about five minutes.

Who operates StakeUS and what the terms allow

StakeUS runs as a US social and sweepstakes casino and holds no US real-money casino licence. Its named operator is Sweepsteaks Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. The terms apply Delaware law and require individual arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, with a waiver of class-action proceedings, so a player cannot join a group lawsuit over an account dispute.

The service is open to residents of the continental US and Hawaii, with a minimum age of 21, or higher where the age of majority requires it. The terms exclude 22 states: Washington, New York, Nevada, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Vermont, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maryland, Louisiana, Montana, Arizona, Tennessee, California, Illinois, Indiana and Maine. Residents outside the United States are also excluded.

Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location is prohibited and can lead to suspension or deactivation. Accounts can also be restricted or deactivated when requested verification documents are not provided within 30 days. On closure, the terms provide for the loss of Gold Coins, Stake Cash and unredeemed prizes, and the operator can deactivate accounts it considers dormant.

Civil lawsuits were filed in Missouri, New Mexico, Virginia and New Jersey during 2025 and 2026, and California brought separate proceedings in 2025. The cases are unresolved, and the operator denies the allegations. StakeUS left California at the end of 2025, and the Illinois Gaming Board issued a cease-and-desist in 2026 before Illinois became an excluded state.

Trustpilot rates StakeUS 4.4/5 from 18,607 reviews, with 76% at five stars and 8% at one star; the company does not reply to negative reviews. Positive feedback mentions fast redemptions, game variety and support; negative comments cover Keno fairness, missed sign-up rewards, login access and card payments.

Alternatives with a different emphasis

• Yeet — 6.1/10; built by a founding team that includes Mando, Keyboard Monkey and poker player Ben Lamb, with venture backing behind its launch.
• 96 Casino — 6.0/10; its Burnley FC shirt sponsorship gives it a different public-facing identity.
• Coins.Game — 4.7/10; wider language support and regional payment methods such as Pix and Papara distinguish its approach.
• BiggerZ — 5.1/10; one account balance spans casino games, sports betting and prediction markets.

Is the 3× Stake Cash route right for your wallet?

The defining decision is whether a player wants Gold Coins for entertainment, a route towards Stake Cash prizes, or both. The $20 entry package pairs the two, and daily claims plus the 250,000 GC and 25 SC welcome allocation offer a purchase-free start. Either way, the 3× playthrough, verification and a 50 SC minimum stand between Stake Cash and a prize.

Crypto redemption in the purchase coin, card-funded packages and blockchain delivery within hours after a roughly 24-hour approval make the cashier flexible. The one-request-per-day rule sets the pace: requests above about 5,000 SC face an extended review, and large prizes can be paid in instalments over several days.
